We offer a boutique full-service approach to wedding planning & design. We intentionally limit the number of weddings we direct each season, to provide the highest quality of service & focused attention to each of our couples.
Our ideal clients are young professionals with demanding schedules, excited to plan their wedding with an expert. They appreciate us taking on many tasks as their Wedding Project Manager & Designer. Our clients value the guidance, leadership, & fresh ideas we provide.

Because we appreciate each couple & each event is unique, after a complimentary consultation, we'll create a customized proposal to fit your needs. Our pricing is based on the scope of the project, your overall design budget & the team's size we're providing to flawlessly execute your wedding.

During this phase, we'll discuss your priorities, preferences, & budget. With this information in mind, we'll create your comprehensive budget & your basic timeline. We'll tackle your logistical needs by researching & booking your fundamental vendors from your venue &/or tent company to photographer & videographer, band, or DJ. Once we have those details locked in, we'll negotiate room blocks for your out of town guests, create your wedding website, & save the dates. We'll move quickly through this phase, so you can begin sharing the exciting news with your invitees!
Once the groundwork is set, we'll dive into all the elements of design. You'll fill out our personal preferences & design questionnaire, which allows us to get to know you on a deeper level. We'll review any inspirational photos you've gathered, listening closely to which pieces of each photo appeal to you. We want to deeply understand your style & sensibilities to create a wedding that feels like an authentic reflection of you.
Then we'll gather additional images, sketch new concepts, & bring together a cohesive design, feel, & color palette. We'll get down to the granular level, selecting paper products, flower types, linens, lighting design, & everything in between. We're always looking for ways to infuse a certain je ne sais quoi that makes it known that this is your wedding, not just a pretty & well-styled event. We'll share your design boards with all vendors to ensure they're contributing elements, which align with the ambiance & event experience we're aiming to create.
The final phase is all about marrying the logistical plans & design elements together. We'll prepare the production schedule, book valet or transportation, help you select songs, & finalize your ceremony specifics (lineup order, script, etc.). During your wedding month, you'll breathe easy knowing we have your best interest in mind & all the tools necessary to ensure your guests are served well & your vision is realized.
As of June 2022, Blue Ribbon Weddings has planned & produced over 169 gorgeous weddings!
The majority of our couples have budgets between $80,000 - $250,000 with 100-250 of their friends & family members celebrating.
